Emotion Focused Family Therapy
While parents and children often share a loving bond, navigating conflicts can pose significant challenges when things veer off course. In today's intricate world, disagreements between parents and children are commonplace. However, fostering effective communication and honing critical thinking skills are invaluable assets that can be further refined. Parents are encouraged to partake in parent coaching sessions.
Through the framework of Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), caregivers are empowered to nurture their loved one's emotional growth and bolster their self-assurance. Parent coaching equips parents with the essential tools to navigate the complexities of parenting while seeking harmony and triumph amidst daily trials. The focal points may encompass peer relationships, school-related issues, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and parental mental health concerns. The overarching goal of parent coaching is to mend, foster, and fortify the bond between caregivers and their children.
